1. Customer Details

1.1 --> Customer Name can be renamed / changed at any time.

1.2 --> However, the Subdomain chosen is locked in once the Portal is set up and cannot be changed at will – so choose carefully!

If absolutely required, the subdomain can be changed via a potentially lengthy data migration process. Fees and timelines for this type of request subject to approval and availability of the Perdix team.

1.3 --> For Logo, upload any logo preferred (PNG / JPG formats). The size of the image will be scaled to fit the space. Some examples are shown below to help you decide the best type of logo treatment for the Portal:

Per the example above, a simple logo scales up when the Side Bar is expanded. When it contracts, it nests neatly on the side:

Alternatively, horizontal logos with text can work too. We are happy to trial a few options and send screen shots so you can decide the logo that works best for your company. Please provide in PNG of JPG file formats. White or transparent backgrounds generate the best results.

 

1.4 --> The Branches setup is one of the more advanced levels of organization that Perdix offers. Setting this up will take some deliberation with the Perdix team during Onboarding. Here is an overview of how Branches work with the different level of Admins and Users:

Please provide the name of each Branch you would like to create. Note that changing Branch names later is not currently supported – choose carefully!

 

1.5 --> Admin Email is the email address that will administer the Portal for the rest of your team. This should be a senior level employee so that access to the email address is consistent. Other Super Admins with the same level of permissions can be added later in case this person leaves or changes roles.

1.6 --> Username or Email? You can decide whether or not to use an email address as the username for your users.

If yes, you will need to enable valid domains that can be used to sign up. This prevents users from outside your organization from having access to the portal.

If not, your users will need to create unique usernames in order to sign up. An email will still be sent to them for registration, but the user will need to create and remember their username to sign up and sign into the Portal.



 
1.7 --> Tags / Teams

You can choose to associate Tags with only certain Teams, or you can have all Tags be available / visible to all Teams. The default setting is “All teams will have access to all tags.” The Perdix team can help you decide which is best for your business and it can be changed at any time!
