The story of Perdix is about real people working on real problems.

The Genesis of Perdix: A Revolution in Knowledge Management

In the bustling environment of a federal flood insurance call center, a glaring inefficiency caught our eye. Representatives were buried under hundreds of pages of paper, filled with highlights, sticky notes, and bookmarks. Every call was a frantic search through this paper maze, and every policy change (a bi-annual event) was a tedious process of reprinting and reorganizing of hundreds of pages.

This wasn’t just a problem; it was a challenge waiting to be conquered.

Innovation Born from Necessity

Our founding team from Perdix’s parent company H2O Partners Inc. recognized that the traditional methods were failing. The call center’s workflow was bogged down by outdated practices, and we knew there had to be a better way. Inspired by the belief that knowledge should be easily accessible, we embarked on a mission to transform the way information was managed, shared, and utilized.

Perdix: A Vision Realized

Launched in 2017, Perdix was our answer to the challenge. It was more than just a tool; it was a revolution in knowledge management. We created a system where complex information could reside, a place where call center reps could not only highlight and make notes but also share them, expand on them, and collectively build a body of knowledge accessible at the speed of a call.

The immediate value was clear: time savings, efficiency, and a streamlined process that turned chaos into order.

Scaling Success: From Custom Solution to SaaS

The success of Perdix was too significant to be confined to a single client. In 2020, we expanded our vision, transforming Perdix into a multi-tenant SaaS solution designed to serve a broader audience. The same principles that revolutionized one call center were now available to insurance companies, health centers, offices, training centers, public sector groups, and more.

A Legacy of Excellence

Perdix is more than a product; it’s a testament to innovation, problem-solving, and a relentless pursuit of simplicity and efficiency. Owned and operated by H2O Partners, Inc., founded by Jo Ann Howard, a former Federal Insurance Administrator, Perdix carries a legacy of extensive expertise in insurance, training development, and creative solutions.

Our Journey Continues

The story of Perdix is not just about technology; it’s about real people working on real problems. It’s about a group of individuals who saw a challenge and turned it into an opportunity. As we continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible, we remain committed to our core values: Uncomplicated Efficiency, Swift Solutions, and Constant Evolution.

Perdix is not just a solution; it’s a movement towards a more efficient, more connected, and more empowered workplace.

Our Values

Uncomplicated Efficiency

We believe that managing knowledge shouldn't be a complex task. While we appreciate the intricacies of taxonomies and workflows, we never let them become obstacles to implementing a knowledge solution. Whether you use an existing set of information or are constantly authoring new content, our features are crafted to be effortlessly applied to empower your teams with the knowledge they need.

Swift Solutions

Our users' time is valuable, and we're committed to respecting it. We provide a solution that is not only efficient but also direct and responsive. Our focus on speed – whether with onboarding, implementation, search and AI indexing, or responsiveness – ensures that we support, rather than hinder, the important work our users are engaged in.

Constant Evolution

Feedback is the cornerstone of our growth. Every engagement with Perdix includes a mechanism for understanding how we're performing, and we've carried this principle into the creation of our knowledge platform. We're committed to perpetual improvement, using feedback to refine our system and processes continually.
